Using the service
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Tekvora 3D website, quote requests and confirmed custom-print orders. Submitting a form asks Tekvora 3D to review a request; it does not automatically create an accepted order.
Customers should read the Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy alongside these terms.
Quotes and order confirmation
A quote is based on the information and files available during review. Price may depend on material, estimated print time, support material, color changes, quantity, post-processing and delivery.
An order is confirmed only after Tekvora 3D approves printability, communicates the final specification, price and estimated timeline, and the customer accepts those terms through the agreed channel. Printing does not begin merely because the online form was submitted.
Model and printability review
Tekvora 3D may inspect size, geometry, wall thickness, supports, PLA suitability, expected strength, tolerances, color requirements, safety and intellectual-property concerns. A request may be declined or require changes.
Approval means the model is considered suitable for the agreed printing purpose; it is not engineering certification, regulatory approval or a guarantee for unconfirmed uses.
FDM print characteristics
FDM printing builds objects in layers. Visible layer lines, small seams, minor support marks, slight color differences and tiny dimensional tolerances may occur naturally. These are not automatically defects unless unusually severe or materially different from the confirmed specification.
Customer files and intellectual property
Customers confirm that they own, created, licensed or otherwise have permission to use and reproduce every submitted file, image, logo, character and design. They must follow any license conditions attached to downloaded models.
Tekvora 3D may refuse a request that appears to infringe copyright, trademarks, design rights, privacy or another person’s intellectual property. Uploading a file does not transfer ownership to Tekvora 3D, but permission is granted to inspect and use it as necessary for the requested quote and confirmed order.
Restricted and unsafe requests
Tekvora 3D may refuse weapons, weapon components, dangerous devices, illegal objects, unsafe designs, deceptive objects, inappropriate PLA uses or any request that creates a reasonable safety, legal or ethical concern.
Timelines
Print and delivery dates are estimates until confirmed for the specific order. Machine issues, failed prints, model changes, material availability, queue load and delivery conditions can affect timing. Tekvora 3D should communicate material delays and will not automatically guarantee a date entered in the quote form.
Price and payment
The confirmed quote will state the payable price and agreed method. Any design changes, quantity changes, failed customer-supplied assumptions or added delivery requirements may require a revised quote that must be approved before proceeding.
Service area, addresses and delivery
Orders are currently limited to approximately 25 km from Chandigarh. Mentioning Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur or another nearby area does not guarantee service; the actual distance is reviewed.
Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address, reachable phone number, useful landmark and any access instructions needed for a confirmed handoff. A saved default address is a convenience and must still be checked for each order.
The public business base is Chandigarh, India. Any exact collection point is shared privately only after an order and collection plan are confirmed.
Customers should inspect package condition on receipt. For immediately visible damage, missing pieces or incorrect contents, the continuous unboxing-video evidence described in the Return & Refund Policy is required for proper claim review, subject to applicable law.
Account requests and changes
Signed-in customers may send an order question, change request, delivery update request or cancellation request from My Orders. Sending a request does not automatically modify or cancel production. Tekvora 3D must review it and confirm any accepted change through the order workflow.
Changes and cancellations
Changes or cancellation requests should be made before printing begins. Once material, machine time or custom work has been committed, cancellation or a full refund may not be possible, subject to the confirmed order terms and applicable consumer law.
Returns, replacements and refunds
Custom-made product eligibility, evidence and resolutions are governed by the Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Use and responsibility
Customers must use printed objects only for the confirmed purpose and follow disclosed material limits. Tekvora 3D is not responsible for unapproved modifications, misuse, high-heat exposure, excessive loads or safety-critical use that was not agreed.
Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law.
Applicable law and changes
These terms are intended to operate under applicable Indian law and consumer protections. They may be updated as the service changes. The version in effect when an order is confirmed will normally apply to that order unless the law requires otherwise.
